- Facilitation of Extractive Industries Working Group at UNEP's International Consultative meeting with Business and Industry, Paris 17-18 October, at the request of UNEP's Division of Technology, Industry and Economics.

- Panel speaker: "Sports Social Responsability" (panel on "Major Events as promoters of sporting, social and environmental values"), at the Valencia Summit at the invitation of the Noos Institute.

- Design and launch of the website for the First Trade Union Assembly on Labour and the Environment, on behalf of UNEP.

- Design and launch of the new website for the SustainLabour Foundation.

- Coordination of the Deep Sea Conservation Coalition campaign at the UN General Assembly in support of a resolution calling for a moratorium on high seas bottom trawling.

- Briefing for Chris Rose's Campaign Strategy Newsletter (UK), Air Travel and Climate Change.

Preparation and facilitation of the Greenpeace International programme development retreat.

September 2005

- Organising on behalf of the Deep Sea Conservation Coalition a conference with Dr. Sylvia Earle at the Oceanographic Institute in Paris.

- Keynote speech, "Fundraising as a Campaigning Tool" at the 5th National Fundraising Congress of Spain, Madrid 15 September 2005

- Strategic advice to the National Environmental Trust (NET) marine programme.

- Support for the launch of a new Deep Sea Conservation Coalition web campaign urging the European Union to agrre to the proposed UN moratorium on bottom trawling.

- Review of Rules and Practice for Civil Society Organisations in Regional Seas Conventions and Actions Plans, at the request of UNEP Global Action Plan.

- Facilitation of Greenpeace's Climate Campaign meeting, and staff coaching.

- Working with UNEP and the Sustainlabour Foundation to prepare a Trade Union Assembly on Labour and the Environment.

- Analysis of the anti-whaling campaign on behalf of a major foundation.

July 2005

- Support to IUCN for the placement of a wrap-around ad in the International Herald Tribune at the G8 Summit in Gleneagles.

- Facilitation of planning meetings at Greenpeace International.

- Facilitation of meetings and support to the Oak Foundation
for a consortium of NGOs working on Transport and Climate issues.

- Ongoing coordination of and support to the Deep Sea Conservation Coalition.

June 2005

- Comments and advice to interested organisations on the Russian Federation's recent acceptance of the worlwide ban on the dumping of radioactive waste dumping at sea, and implications regarding current Russian plans to operate floating nuclear reactors.

- Coaching and policy advice to staff of Greenpeace International; advice and support to Greenpeace on the development of an organisational communication strategy; keynote presentation and dialogue at the annual retreat of the staff of Greenpeace's European Unit; preparation and facilitation of an international Greenpeace conference on future strategies for its toxics campaign.

- Facilitating the meeting of the International Council of the Green Cross.

- Weekly briefings to the Office of the Madrid 2012 Olympic Bid.

- Faciliating the semi-annual meeting of Greenpeace Executive Directors.

April 2005

- Organising Dr. Sylvia Earle's visit to Spain to promote deepsea bioversity conservation. Paper on the growing momentum towards a UN moratorium on bottom trawl fishing on the high seas.

- Presentations at Greenpeace International's Political & Business skillshare, Belgium .

- Facilitating an agreement between the Madrid 2012 Olympic Bid and myclimate to neutralise greenhouse gas emissions caused by the visit of the International Olympic Committee Commission to Madrid.

March 2005

- Organising evening Side Event for participants in the General Assembly of the Climate Action Network Europe and other environmental stakeholders, to present the Varda Group report on Civil Aviation & Climate Change commissioned by the Oak Foundation (Brussels 17 March).

- Facilitation of climate and energy team meeting for Greenpeace International.

- Continued coordination of the Deep Sea Conservation Coalition including preparations for several speaking events by deep sea scientists.

February 2005

- Support to UNEP Major Groups Branch and to Civil Society Organisations, including the Deep Sea Conservation Coalition at the UNEP Governing Council and Global Ministerial Environment Forum (Nairobi 21-25 February).

- Presentation and participation at the 6th Global Civil Society Forum at the request of the United Nations Environment Programme (Nairobi 19-20 February)

- Member of the City of Madrid delegation during the visit of the International Olympic Committee Evaluation Commission for the 2012 Olympic bid (Madrid, 3rd February). Presentation of Review and Recomendations to Madrid 2012.

January 2005
