Who We Are

Rémi Parmentier, Kelly Rigg, Elaine Lawrence and Clifton Curtis have been campaigning for disarmament, sustainable development, and the protection of the environment and human health for over 30 years with expertise in:

• Political Campaigning / Advocacy: campaigns which integrate public activities and targeted communication strategies with efforts behind the scenes to influence international environmental law and policy.

• Senior management, staff coaching, conflict resolution, strategic planning, project management and evaluation.

• Policy analysis, speech writing and public presentations, communications and media work, lobbying.

• Event organising: internal meetings and major public events.

Working (fluent) languages of the Varda Group are English, French and Spanish (and to a lesser extent, Dutch).
